What Is a Property Handover Report and What Should It Include?
A handover report records property condition, assets and items transferred at a point in time. Include rooms and surfaces, furniture and equipment, meter readings, keys, remotes, accessories, dates and photos. Separate observations from conclusions and describe the location, not just “good” or “damaged”.
