RoomLedger Free vs Pro: Which Property Workflow Do You Need?
Choose RoomLedger Free or Pro based on the number of properties and the export workflow you actually need, not only the plan name. Free can suit one property and core inspections. Pro is aimed at people who need more properties under the current product description.

When Free is enough
Start with Free if you inspect one apartment, create a move-in or move-out report or want to test the way photos and notes are organized. Complete one real inspection and see whether the checklist, signature and report work for the recipient.
When Pro may fit
Landlords with several units, managers with larger inventories or users who need more properties may need Pro. Before buying, check limits, trial period, store price and whether old data becomes read-only if the plan ends.

Test one real handover
Create a property, walk through rooms, add photos and meter readings, collect a signature and export the report. Check the time required, the recipient’s preferred file and whether original photos are easy to find. Free may be enough for one inspection; repeated work makes property limits more important.
Before paying, read data handling after expiry and keep a ZIP of important records. Test sharing by opening the PDF elsewhere and extracting the ZIP. If recipients do not agree on how reports should be used, a larger plan will not fix the communication problem.
