Termsof Use

1. Agreement

RoomLedger is provided by FightTech (“FightTech”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using RoomLedger, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the terms of the store you got it from:

• if you downloaded RoomLedger from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”);
• if you downloaded RoomLedger from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service.

These terms add to those. For App Store downloads, if anything in these terms conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails. If you don’t agree, please don’t use RoomLedger.

2. What RoomLedger does

RoomLedger helps renters, landlords and homeowners record the condition of a home and what’s in it. It scans or measures rooms, records condition ratings, notes, photos, meter readings, keys and signatures, keeps a home inventory, and exports reports and files you can share. It has no account.

3. Measurements and reports

RoomLedger is not an official survey, appraisal or valuation, and not legal advice.

• Floor areas and dimensions from room scans, AR measurements and manual entry are approximate. Don’t use them where exact measurements are required, such as for construction, pricing or legal descriptions of a property.
• A RoomLedger report is a record that you create. It doesn’t guarantee how a landlord, tenant, agent, insurer, deposit scheme or court will treat it, or the outcome of any dispute or claim.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for following the rules in your lease and where you live. For advice about your situation, speak to a qualified professional.
• Only record other people’s names and signatures with their agreement.

4. Your data

Your properties, reports and inventory are stored on your device, and you are responsible for them. Because we don’t hold a copy, we can’t restore them if you delete the app or lose your device. Exports are free at any time, and we recommend keeping your own copy of important reports. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Free and Pro

The core RoomLedger app is free and includes one property. RoomLedger Pro unlocks unlimited properties. Pro is available as:

• Yearly — US$39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible users.
• Monthly — US$7.99 per month. New subscribers pay US$3.99 per month for the first 3 months.
• Lifetime — US$79.99, a one-time purchase that doesn’t renew.

Exports — report PDF, inventory PDF and CSV, and ZIP — are free on every plan. If Pro ends, properties beyond the free limit become read-only: you can still open, view and export them.

Prices can differ by country or region. The store shows the price in your local currency, which may include taxes.

6. Subscriptions, trials and billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• If you start the 7-day free trial, the yearly subscription begins and is charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. Trial eligibility is determined by the store.
• If you subscribe monthly with the introductory offer, you pay the introductory price for the first 3 months and the regular monthly price after that, unless you cancel. Each introductory offer can be used once per account.
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on devices signed in to the same account.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. For App Store purchases, you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, see Google Play’s refund help.

7. Acceptable use

Use RoomLedger only for lawful purposes and as allowed by the store terms above. Don’t attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, or to get around its purchase or security features, except where the law expressly allows it.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

RoomLedger is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to make it accurate and reliable, but we don’t promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its measurements or reports will be complete or correct. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FightTech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any deposit deductions, claims, charges or losses arising from reports or measurements made with RoomLedger. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited by agreement.

9. Changes

We may update RoomLedger and these terms from time to time. When we change these terms, we’ll update the effective date above, and for significant changes we’ll give notice on this page or in the app. If you keep using RoomLedger after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
